65 years overweight  male presented with chief complaints of dilated veins  and venous ulcers on  both legs which was treated with normal dressings  outside. Basic investigations including blood and wound cultures  were done. Duplex venous scan of both legs were done. Bilateral SFJ were  competent and  perforators  incompetent around wound. Ulcers  were not healing despite many velfour dressings .Patient was planned for skin grafting on both legs. B/L skin grafting uptake was good. Dressings were done with bactigras on alternative day and supportive antibiotics were given according to the wound c/s. Patient was planned for Foam Sclerotherapy and done accordingly around the graft region.
