  • Right common iliac artery stenosis.
  • Post common iliac artery stenting stenosis.
  • Right critical limb before angioplasty
  • 4 days post bioglandin therapy. 3rd and 4th toe reperfused very well but 5 th toe gangrene demarcation present.
  • On follow up patients 5th toe is improving
  • With conservative treatment therapy. 3rd and 4th gangrenous part is shrinking.
